The Deaf Community in Malaysia; We congratulated and honour Dr Anthony Chong since he was determined and hard studying his PhD at the University of Malaya, Petaling Jaya. He has studied it for 6 years above and has passed his colourful. He is very hardworking and has contributed to the Deaf community in everything.
