Today is International Day of the Disabled Person, and we would like to recognize Malaysian Fulbrighter Lee Tur Chung for his work as a special education teacher to improve services for students with special needs. Tur Chung is currently studying at the University of Tennessee under a Fulbright scholarship and hopes to further develop his expertise in the analysis, research and improvement of education of the deaf and hard of hearing. He aims to develop and improve special education resources, research, and advocacy in Malaysia for the deaf and hard of hearing community. Thank you, Tur Chung, for all of your hard work for Malaysian students!
