The blogger read it that it is confused and messy because the category of OKU has two meanings. It has two describes as Orang Kelainan Upaya and Orang Kurang Upaya. As Orang Kurang Upaya means they cannot do anything such as they cannot walk up and damage their sensory. Whatever that, their brain still functions their ability in their thinking and speaking.
As Orang Kelainan Upaya means cannot hear and difficult to speak a voice from thyroid gland due to they cannot hear a sound from their cochlea. The cochlea has damage to the issues of cells. Some Deaf right should be right voice up and need more accessories such as closed captions in TV, Video Relay Service, and so on. In Malaysia. It has happened the Star News by a reporter. Many things a reporter does not have film a Deaf interviewer because they ignored or don't understand a Deaf community.
Most of the time, they always complained right issues for Orang Kurang Upaya than Orang Kelainan Upaya because Orang Kelainan Upaya looks a silent and do not have a voice right for in the front of people. Our new President of Pakatan Harapan needs to activate it with Orang Kelainan Upaya for solving the problem for fair Orang Kelainan Upaya. That's our hope for more accessories because it chances our opposite of the education in the future. In addition to, our Deaf kids need more education in the brighter future.
